I bought these tracks to go with my Evolution track saw. They work better than the actual Evolution tracks that came with the saw which are 3 short pieces totaling 40”. This pair of Wen tracks are ideal for ripping 8’ material. They are sturdy and accurate. Now I don’t have to keep up as much with which edge is factory on sheet materials. With the right blade, every cut is just as good as the factory edges. I have used these to rip straight edges on rough sawn lumber as well. Well worth the price!

I love this thing and it works well with my saw. I made several cuts and all were straight on. This was just what I was looking for.

Unfortunately Wen has the 100 inch guide rail in the same listing as their saw. I'm only talking about the 100in rail here. The track themselves are pretty good. The traction at the bottom is not as good as Makita's but good enough. The joining bars work well. Their are well packaged. But a 100in track is completely useless. It's too short to support a track saw when doing an 8ft cut. Your saw will not be supported for the last 3 or 4 inches. It's incredibly frustrating, I bought this to do rip cuts on a standard plywood sheet but it doesn't work. Get the 110in version, 100in is useless.

Cuts easy and straight. Way less expensive than most others and works almost as well.

Let me begin by saying this track is listed for the Wen, Makita & Festool saws - but I own the Dewalt cordless track saw. Back to that in a minute. This track arrived on time and packaged very well. Both sections of track as well as the two connector bars were included. There were no dings or damage to the track. The included connectors were missing 3 set screws though to secure them in place. Although not happy, I happened to have replacements in stock. This track connects a bit odd in my opinion with one connector on the top and one on the bottom. Putting the 2 track half’s together is relatively easy but there is a very slight lip on the side opposite the track connectors. I just used a flat metal file to smooth it out. Not a huge deal just a bit of an annoyance. As far as the full length of track goes, is a little too flexible and thin for my taste. I wouldn’t hold it by one end in the air with more than one section of track , rather hold it in the middle for fear of it bending.Overall, it’s solid enough to use, it’s straight and for the price point you can’t beat it.Back to the Dewalt saw.. I don’t like the design of the Dewalt track as I can’t connect router accessories to the one side which is why I thought I would try this track. The catch is, there is an overhang of a few mm on this track that prevent the Dewalt saw from sitting flat. I ended up flipping the track over and running it down my table saw to trim the aluminum off flush. Now it works just fine.

I recently purchased a Milwaukee track saw and bought this as a placeholder until I could get my hands on a Powertec or Milwaukee track guide rail. The funny thing is that the WEN guide rail does just as good a job for a fraction of the price. I also bought a 110" Powertec guide rail to test out the difference and I am here to say that the WEN guide rail is just as good for over half the price. I even used the back of the WEN guide rail as a straight edge when using my router to cut dados/rabbets.If I was forced to pitpick... the only thing I might say could be improved is the way the 2 rails connect. Using an Allan key is fine but they are easy to lose (which is why we all have 50 different types/sizes). Is there a way the rails could clip in and then tighten with a knob?Thank you so much WEN for providing good quality at an affordable price. I will most definitely check out more WEN tools/accessories moving forward.

I bought the 7¼ one with the 100" wendy track with à 60 teeth diablo ultra finish blade ,This is a great saw for the price , Note you will need à better saw blade if you dont want to burn your hardwood with the wen original blade , very well build for the price but dont let the saw fall on hard surface or it will probably break something like plastic button or air exit . The only reason i gave it 4 star it because when you want to cut at 45° With the track the motor and saw blade is too heavy at this angle for the plastic base it should clip in the rail but it tend to get out and it impossible to get a straight cut . So i had too fix weight on the base in order to cut straight without problem but it was tricky to not Block the up/down mechanic of the saw with the weigth . Overall im happy with my product ,thx wen for making good product at affordable price :)

*TLDR = cheap, well worth the money, no a pro every track saw by any means, surprisingly straight.I had a project that required a track saw to break down sheet goods.Only had that one project, but the cut needed to be precise and I had enough pieces to cut to justify the price of a cheap track saw.The guides are really straight, even when joint together they are true. I compared them to my 6’ straight edge and there was no light between the guides and the straight edge.Really nice, the rubber strip holds on well, the saw glides good. The only downside is the length, as others said. This is too short. Should have been min 55” each piece. The saw is what you get for 150$. A lot of plastic. But for the diyer it looks sturdy enough. The blade run true, the adjustment cam does the job, no side to side play in the tracks. Because of the short track, the kickback mechanism is useless. Took it off to my own risks.Overall, for that price, it is wonderful for what I do.I would buy again if I had too
