Although the included manual doesn’t provide great instructions, the app is easy to use and quite helpful. Bluetooth connection to my iPad was a snap. My results show clear indications of sleep apnea when CPAP is removed and my SpO2 is fine on CPAP. The vibration alert was sufficient to get my attention when some apneas occurred. I wouldn’t trust it for prevention. Overall I’m very pleased with this product as an at home check.

The Wellue Wrist Pulse Oximeter is a really handy device for tracking oxygen levels and pulse rate, especially overnight. At first, we struggled a bit to get it to pick up accurately—it definitely took a few tries to get the placement right on the thumb. But once we had it positioned correctly, it worked perfectly! The readings seem very accurate, and I love that the battery lasts a super long time. The app and free software are also a nice touch, making tracking and monitoring data over time easy. Just be patient initially—the learning curve is worth it!

A handy device for athletes and joggers. The readings seem to be accurate when I compare it to my finger oximeter. It is very compact and lightweight and easy to attach. I haven't yet connected to the app. The display is easy to read and understand. You can put it on either wrist; however, the readings will be upside down on the right wrist. The only reason I deducted one star is due to the high cost ($250 at time of review.)

I've been using this for tracking my O2 and pulse rate while sleeping and it's working out great. It's interesting for me to see the correlation between when my oxygen dips and my heart rate increases. Some of this is normal, of course, but I was most interested in trying to figure out how much my snoring may be affecting my stats since sometimes I don't feel as rested even after a full night's sleep. It's great being able to look back at the charts in the morning and see what happened during the night. So far, I've found the battery life to be good and the comfort of wearing it to also be pretty good. It feels a little bulky on my wrist, but I tend to bunch my hands up under my pillow when I sleep. It might not bother you at all if you don't sleep like that. The wrist strap has so many holes for clipping the band that it'll fit anyone and the thumb loop is well designed to fit anyone too.The app that it works with is easy to use. You can sit there and watch your levels in real time or go into your history and review a whole chart. If you don't want to store your data in the cloud, you can use the app as "guest" without even setting up an account too. One thing to note... Make sure you check out all the settings in the app the first time you use it. I didn't and a rather loud alarm woke me up when my pulse rate dropped below the default setting of 50. I changed it to not alert unless I dropped below 40 after that!Overall great device. I'm really happy with it.

This Wellue Checkme O2 Ultra SpO2 monitor does a good job of continuously monitoring oxygen levels and pulse rate while you sleep which can tell you a lot about your quality of sleep. While the app is free to be able to view your data, if you pay extra you can get more detailed sleep reports. The app is well designed and easy to use. It is easy to pair the device with your phone and to transfer data. The device itself is easy to use as well. It's as simple as putting on the watch-like device and putting the probe on your finger. The probe on this unit is a ring that slips on your finger instead of the more common sleeve you put your fingertip into which is a nice feature. I have no problems with it staying in place overnight. This is the newer "ultra" version of the device which extends the usage time per charge from about 72 hours to 100 hours. Something I haven't tested yet. One downside to this device is that if you want to be able to read the display you need to wear this on your left wrist or be good at reading upside down as the display cannot be flipped. That being said, since I use it overnight I don't really need to look at the screen so not a big deal for me. The only thing I really dislike about this item is the charging cable. While having a magnetic charging cable is certainly convenient, it adds another cable to my collection which I certainly don't need. Also not sure how easy it is to get a replacement if it becomes damaged since it is specific to the item and not a generic one that can be easily found at pretty much any store.

I love this device. It allows me to measure, record, and compare my Oxygen saturation level while I sleep. With Sleep Apnea, a major risk is low oxygen which the sleep experts never discussed with me. I got the first version of this Wellvue O2 Ring which talked to my phone after recording O2 overnight several times a minute. I am replacing that ring with this wrist device that uses a ring that connects to the wrist device. Longer battery life and more advanced app to track on a long term basis. It fits my wrist fine and I wear a 2XL glove. Charges in two hours. I trust this manufacturer. I used the ring print out years ago to prove I needed nocturnal oxygen when they did not believe me. I know it is not a medical device, but it is very accurate and it keeps your info. If you have sleep apnea or heavy snoring, I would get one of these. I check my oxygen every week or so overnight. It is never below 95% with oxygen. Prior to oxygen, it was in the low eighties dipping to sixties and seventies. Not healthy. Without this device or one like it, I would have to guess.

If you want something that works on either hand/wrist, look elsewhere. The way this thing is designed, it will only work on your left wrist, because on the right wrist, the text is upside down and doesn't flip over like a phone. The device is very accurate, though! It also looks great aside from the finger wire, which is an unfortunate requirement. I personally think it's worth the extra bulk for how accurate it is, but a finger-based solution is definitely easier.
