I have a standard 7’-5” x 18’ cargo trailer, and found that the lock had been fowling up lately.I don’t know if someone tried to jam the lock, or if it was just age, but it was definitely time for a new one.The first thing I noticed about this door lock is that there is more “plastic” material used, as compared to more “metal” in the factory installed set.The second thing I noticed was just how simple it was to install. LOL….The hardest part was my trying to line up the screw holes because I was too lazy to find my glasses, but once you get one started the rest simply follow along.The odd part about this door lock is that it’s two different keys for both the top and bottom lock. By odd I mean my factory installed ones use the same key for both locks, so who knows maybe this will be better?
Overall I’m pretty pleased with this door lock, I just hope that the material will stand up.As a point of reference my trailer is 10 years old, so that’s not too bad for one lock.

I needed a new lock for my camper as my original one is getting pretty worn. This fit perfectly and came with everything I needed. At the current pricing of $31.95, the price was at least $20 cheaper than the ones sold at my RV store.

Lost my RV keys and learned that RV locks are generic. Anyone can have a copy. Got this. Replaced easily. Two unique keys per door handle. Looks and works great. I highly recommend this product and seller.

Installs and operates as original unit did. Interior lock lever is sloppy/loose and not coated with red. Keys are bare, no rubber coating on end.I would not buy this unit again.

The order came just as described! I got the package, opened it up and was able to easily install in in less that 15 minutes. I was worried it wouldn’t fit or would be a bit loose but it was super sturdy and durable. It’s been installed for a couple months now and I’ve had absolutely no issues! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend

You would think 4 key's would be enough, not with my key eating RV!I'm down to 2 key's, got to get a few made, but the locksmith doesn't have any blanks!
