Picture quality was good perfect value for the money plugged in pulled up camera and it was ready to go. What it was advertised for it did exactly what i needed.

Camera quality is decent for the cost of the camera. Sound quality is small and hollow, but works for virtual meetings. I wouldn't play music over them.My biggest gripe is the fact that the mounting hinges are not tight and make the camera hang on top of my monitor like a floppy bobble head. I can get it adjusted to my position, then 30 seconds later the camera falls back and sometimes off the monitor taking me out of the picture. The hinges to the mounting "legs" are not tight and do not allow a firm confident mounting connection to the monitor. If the monitor or desk gets slightly bumped, it falls. Quite frustrating, especially when in the middle of a call.There is a female threaded spot for a mounting screw, but no screw was included.

Just know before purchasing that the speakers sound pretty bad. It was an inexpensive item so I'm not expecting peak quality here. But yea, the speakers aren't great. Still 5 stars because everything functions well and easy to set up.

When my laptop camera stopped working for display, I followed all the steps and nothing happened. I realized I could try a seperate web cam, and I am glad I did. This works great. So easy to connect. Works with Zoom and other programs. Definitely worth getting and avoiding the hassle of getting the laptop repaired.
