As a saddle fitter for western saddles I find I have to do my share of shimming to fit western saddles to the varied shapes of horses. Shim pads come with their own specific size and material of shims. Sometimes, though, you need something a little different. This Weaver shim pack has various shapes and sizes to offer more flexibility at a not-so-expensive price.

These shims can be used in your shim pads cut to fit good weigh distribution. So if you are looking to replace some shims in your pocket pads they work.
