My nurse is 5'0", 250 lbs. (That's between us, don't tell her I told you.) and this fits her fine because the ties are plenty long and they are generous with the fabric. Easy to strategically unite at top or bottom for access to important areas for examinations. My nurse says this does wonders for my health and she likes it too. Comfortable and easy to wear. I would caution you to hand wash and line dry. Sorry, but I'm not sharing a photo or video. She's camera shy.
