Purchased this product to replace a faulty thermostat on my GE gas oven. OEM GE part says it can be replaced by WB20K8. However, this product turns the opposite direction to increase temp (this product: clockwise. GE product: counterclockwise). Also, this product does not include a mechanism to require pushing in the knob to unlock from the "off" position. Lastly, American buyers beware, the temperature dial included is in degrees C. There is a product image that shows a list of compatible ovens. Be sure to check it before buying.
