Basic water cooler. I like that I can turn the hot feature off. Sometimes the water isn't super cold, but that's ok. It's sleek and very convenient. I do wish the cord was longer.

Worst water cooler ever made it say the cold is between 47-52 I checked mine it was 60-65 degrees I write the seller he only gives me 35 out of the 119.00 I paid for it I asked f9r a different model or full refund they never replied back, I decided to repot the seller to amazon do not buy you won't like it

This product came damaged and the way it was packed there is no way it happened during transport. This means this product was shipped damaged! On the plus side it works. It is a little noisy!

Very convenient and has hot and cold water. Slender machine fits nicely in my kitchen. Use less bottles and big bottles can be be turned in for recycling and you get credit. Glad we got this

Works good, I like that there are individual on/off switches for hot/cold water that are red/blue on the back. I like to keep the hot off and the cold on.
