2.5-mil, intermediate calendered PVC film with excellent dimensional stability and very good cutting and application characteristics. Available in 63 vivid gloss colors, plus transparent, and 18 vibrant, luxurious matte colors.

This permanent vinyl has great adhesion. Great value for the price I paid. Will be buying other colors as I need them.

Could be wrong, I order a lot of oracal vinyl and the small tube rolls, In my opinion are NOT Oracal 651, Don’t know what they are selling but this has the same quality as the cheap sheets you get in a bundle pack, and not the oracal quality I spend extra money for. Be cautious.

651 is great vinyl, but I thought this was matte but it's glossy. It's still good vinyl though.
