Start Over Again and Again!
Our materials are coated using a hybrid plastisol gel that creates a self healing surface. The self healing coating will protect your film from swirls, light abrasions and scratches for years to come. Simply heat out most damage you see with a heat gun.
Won't Damage Your Paint!
Like most vinyl manufacturers we use Solvent Based Acrylic Adhesive for our wraps.
Although, to ensure the solvent will not damage your car paint, our manufacturing process allows the solvent the proper time it needs to cure through 40 feet of evaporation tunnels. Resulting in an adhesive that:
1. Won't damage your paint!
2. enable you to re-apply/lift/re-position the vinyl in cases of mistakes or imperfections!
3. Will never eat through or dissolve top coats on your paint.
Collapsing Air-channels.. What?!
Air-release is great for installation by releasing air through adhesive channels. However, air-channels can spell doom after it's installed.. Why? Well if materials can breath out air, it can also breath in contaminants and moisture. Vvivid's air-channels slowly disappear over time creating a reliable bond that will not lift, peel or breath in contaminants.

Holding up well after a few months. There was some slight bubbling on the edges, but it was easily corrected with a hit from the heat gun and hasn't bubbled since! Love the color. No fading, cracking, peeling as of yet. Super easy to work with. I even added a second strip and held it inside my open oven for about 30 seconds - 1 minute to make it pliable and have had ZERO issues with it.

Overall installation is exactly the same as any other rap however this rap is extremely thick and the adhesive on the back is not very sturdy I would not recommend this for any professional jobs but I would recommend purchasing this For trial-and-error prior to expensive rap purchase

Like I said, not just for cars only this are all black monitor speakers. And needed to and some color to my already black computer desk, that has some red in it. Please measure twice cut once. Wear silicone finger tip gloves when applying to prevent the acid in your fingers from eating the glue. No heat was used when applying and it held up great. Don't know what else I should put it on, but I will update with pictures.

This review is based on my experience without having access to a heat gun. First, the color that came in the mail is a very different shade of red, think Ferrari red. I accepted that the color was noticeably off and I opened it up to begin using it anyway. I found that this material is a thicker and less malleable than the 3m 1080. I began wrapping and the process was easy, and this product is easy to use and the adhesion without the heat gun is just okay.Other than the complete difference in advertised color, this product is fine and it worked okay, I just prefer the 3m 1080 instead because of its better adhesion and workability.
