Good quality, easy to clean and good size. Perfect for a raclette party. The only downside is a little bit lack of power. Has to be on high all the time or the top surface won’t work well.

We got this for Christmas and already used it twice!Once to do breakfast and once as an actual raclette with the cheese!It worked great for both. We did get a heat resistance mat as a precaution however I don't think it was necessary. You can touch the bottom of the machine and it is not hot even after the machine is on for an hour on high.Definitely recommend and would buy again as a gift.

This is perfect to cook a meal on a cold winter day, or just when you feel like having a grilled treat, melts cheese wonderfully and very easy to assemble and use.

This makes breakfast a breeze. With multiple toddlers someone always wants a different meal than the other so this makes it possible. Great price and decently easy to clean. Good size for a family of 5!

I have used several grills like this; this is without a doubt the best Korean grill/ raclette I have ever used. It has extremely generous distance from the coil to the raclett pan which makes it so easy to have multiple items in the pan. It heats up quickly and grills equally as well on the stone or the nonstick surface. The lamb chops cooked to perfection. The best part, cleanup is a breeze. I’m in love wit this item.

My wife's family introduced me to this and I got it for my family. The kids love it. I love that we can talk and chill while the food is cooking and have conversations. Everyone makes their own combos, etc. Super fun, super tasty!Make sure you have pineapple!
