He usado distintas rodilleras para soporte en baile porque tengo que estar de rodillas en algunas coreografías. Y la verdad estas son mis favoritas. Estoy por comprar otras pronto porque las otras dos que tengo son muy ajustadas

I got these for my son for football. They are a bit bulky, but he likes them because they stay in place and are more "knee shaped" than some others he tried. It's been a little over a month and they are still in good shape. Hopefully they will hold up for the whole season.

The easy to understand sizing instructions made it pretty clear that these things marketed as knee pads for skinny teenagers would also probably work as heavily padded elbow pads for older and larger adults.So, taking the measurements, I got the Small size, and sure enough, this fits very well on my elbow, which suffers from having to chronically rest on padded armrests in my office chair, to the point where I developed olecranon bursitis a few years ago.The main reason I started looking at knee pads for my elbow was because the elbow pads that I had basically did not have enough padding - one had only very thin padding, and the other had thick padding that did not reach around the sides of the elbow. Since my elbow rolls around a bit on the armrest, I needed a wide and thick pad that covered more of the elbow. Most of the other elbow pads I looked at on Amazon seemed to have the same problem of having pads that were too thin and too small.So, these do the trick! There is a compressive effect also which is nice, which helps to suppress further flareups of the bursitis.One thing is that they do smell like fresh rubber tires, which I don't particularly mind, but if you do, keep that in mind.

Even in an extra large, these knee pads are incredibly tight - almost to the point of being uncomfortable. With that said, my husband, who is a diesel mechanic, really likes the cushioning these knee pads provide. Any mechanic knows that much of your day is on your knees on concrete, and these pads provide much needed relief. The knee pads have two major upsides - 1. They fit under the uniform just fine and can be worn all day. 2. The pads do not compress and stay that flat. We've had some that work well but last only a day or two before the cushion is mashed down and doesn't pop back. These so far have held up well, and he's going on his second week of wearing them.

I’m a vet tech and spend most of my day kneeling on the floor to assist the vet with examining dogs. I’ve had issues with bursitis in the past and have previously partially torn my MCL. Lately, my knees have been causing me a lot of discomfort. These knee pads have saved my knees!!! They are very comfortable to kneel on and I no longer have knee pain! Only con is that like all other knee pads they cause some itchiness behind the knees when wearing them but even that does not deter me from giving them a 5-star review.
