Superb quality and the seller was very responsive with my numerous questions. I've owned and installed several front and rear hub motor and battery kits. I found this to be the very best for the money. None of these kits are going to win an award for ease of installation because there's no way for these generic kits to fit without some modifications. But if you have a good bike mechanical mind or know someone who does, you simply cannot beat this kit for the price.

I purchased this kit as an entry point into e-bikes. I'm mechanically inclined, but a little rusty on my bike maintenance skills. Early on I encountered an issue which ended up being caused by a faulty component of the kit. The support team did a great job of troubleshooting and offering a quick resolution; they were responsive, polite, and generous. Please don't underestimate the importance of a good responsive support team, especially when purchasing items that are shipped from far away that might take forever to replace. These guys do it right.

Throttle that came with the kit was stuck at full throttle so I had to buy a replacement. Everything else works perfectly and it is fairly easy to assemble if you are used to working on bikes already.
