So I bought this in October because it was better financially. We took it on the water for our first time this weekend only to discover a seam that wasn’t done well had a leak. This is poor product production. Definitely wasn’t tested before sent out to be sold , otherwise this would have been caught at the manufacturing level.Also, I would hope that returns or known product issues weren’t deliberately sold during times of period where it is known that the product would not have been used. Just sad the product couldn’t be used for even one day. Seemed like it would have been a great product if made right and was a perfect size.

We really enjoyed this floating dock this summer! I do recommend it but with some FYI's! There were no directions for the SUP pump that came with it. There is a little cap that screws on that I wasn't sure what to do with. I believe you leave it on until it gets very hard to pump. The Instructions for the dock do not tell you what PSI to inflate it too. The pump has a green area that is 10-15. I assumed that is where it should be as that is what my husband's inflatable SUP is as well. It is VERY hard to get it to the green. I got it as high as I could (yellow range, maybe 5 PSI) right out of the box and used it. It was slightly bouncy. After sitting overnight and in the sun, I got my 16 yr old nephew to pump it just past 10 PSI. It did make a difference and is firm enough to walk on, stand on, jump off, etc. I like all the rings on the corners to make different connections. I specifically wanted a dock with a ladder because I knew we would use this in the deep part of our lake occasionally. The ladder is useless. When you try to use it, it just goes under the dock. My 10 year old niece couldn't even climb up on it. It was easier for her to just grab the handles and pull herself on. That said, it was inflated in July and is still inflated now. It hasn't lost any air. I am leaving it inflated until next season! I like that it came with the long rope with the sturdy carabiner clamps at each end. The 5 x 8 is big enough for at least 3 adults to lay on. We fit this across the front of our pontoon seats hanging over the front and just had someone hold it to take it out on the lake. We left it in the water tied to our dock and a sand screw and it held up great. It got a little algea film on the bottom from the lake that washed right off! If there are any issues next year, I will update!

We have a natural pond and I absolutely loathe touching the bottom. I looked into getting a floating dock so I could easily put my feet/legs in the water without having to touch the bottom. This dock has been a wonderful solution! It's easy to inflate, sturdy enough I can stand on it, and stays inflated. I'm not a delicate woman, more built like a linebacker, but this can support me with no issue. It can even support a little chair, too. Highly recommend!
