This product has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300 degree F. The product does not shrink when curing and gives a positive seal against moisture and corrosion. Typical applications are hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, servo mechanisms and fine filtration systems. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease before use. There is no instructions. what I found on internet says it needs activator to work. It may work great with activator but belong 69f and no activator it runs off threads and is gone in less than three minutes. do yourself a favor get the activator and wait until it is above 68f it may work well at that point

i have an air compressor on my truck and the fittings at the tank and horn leaked even with teflon tape. i tried using the stuff that came with the compressor but it wasn't enough. the compressor would be turning on and off frequently now it hardly ever comes on and the tank can hold pressure for days now. i am very happy with this product

I know - Bleeders seal on the bottom taper and don't need thread sealant. Unless you want to do a one-person bleed and keep air from finding it's way around the bleeder threads, which was exactly my application. A dab of this on the bleeder, a rubber bleeder to hose barb adapter, a small check valve, and some silicone tubing and I was able to bleed my brakes super easy, without help.I was surprised this is very runny, while I thought it might be more like a paste consistency, but it seemed to work fine for my purposes. It's slightly pricy, but far less expensive than some of the competing brands.

Excellent sealer for any high pressure pipe fitting, it sets rock solid as you assemble and it's a bear to get off without heat. Costs half the price of loctite and as good if not better. Highly recommend.

Received the thread lock but the bottle is only 1/3 full. Be aware that you do not get the volume advertised.

I was disassembling a bathroom faucet to replace the seals. Old plumbing was difficult to remove the parts and the valve threads became out of round. Pipe dope and teflon tape were unable to seal the fittings when I reassembled the faucet. Persistent leak resulted. I read the reviews on Vibra-tite and decided to give it a try. If it doesn't work, I'm out 1300 bucks for a new faucet. I thoroughly cleaned off the pipe dope and tape, then wiped down the threads. A few drops of Vibra-tite were applied and the faucet reassembled. Judging from the consistency of this thin red product, I thought there was no way it would work. I let the faucet sit for about 30 minutes and reassembled the faucet. I noticed that what was a thin liquid had hardened. I opened the water valve and low and behold NO LEAKS. This stuff is designed for high pressure applications and was perfect for this leak. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
