This jacket is quite warm, lightweight, won't compromise maneuverability and conceal carry friendly. I wore this jacket during a rainy day training session at the range and it was semi down pouring rain. I thought that this jacket would get extremely soaked, but it actually kept me dry for the most part. Water didn't really penetrate through out the training session and I was in that rain the whole time. Although I did felt wet and the jacket felt a bit heavier after getting wet, again, I was dry.For the price I got this for, this jacket is hard to beat. It's made well and so far I have no issues with it.

This is the first product I own from Vertx and I am very impressed by its quality that I have now purchased many other products from this brand. I can tell this is a jacket that will last a long time.
