This was exactly what I needed, a short pvc pipe. It was wrapped in tight cellophane, which was a little difficult to remove.

This is exactly the part I needed to replace a water-fill pipe for an earthbox planter. It saved me from taking a trip to home depot, and having to buy a sawblade to cut a full sized PVC pipe down to size. Well worth it. The only issue was with USPS temporarily losing the package, but that was in no way the vendor's fault. Thank you!
