Price was excellent and we wanted a top loading unit. Dispenses well and hot stays hot. At first, we thought the unit was a little small, but it has performed exceptionally well and no leaks. Very happy with our purchase and small enough to throw in the car for local vacation trips with larger groups and family.

The "safety" hot water tap does not work... this product is dangerous!!!!!! On top of that you should spend the extra money and buy a unit that won't be so loud you can't hear your tv!

Water is crisp cold, I drink hot tea all day so the temp from the hot tap is perfect. Not bad for the price. It is kinda short in length but for the effort this little guy puts out? Size doesn’t matter! Ha ha
