This red dot sight is light weight and compact. It comes with a protective cover (which fits fairly snugly), various mounting screws and several allen wrenches. It does not come with a battery. The manual is a little quirky in that for battery instructions it indicates both a CR2032 and a CR1632 battery are used. The battery compartment of the unit is stamped CR2032, but it is a bit annoying when the included manual can't be clear. The dot is easy to see and can be adjusted to brightness level as you desire. It includes a rail mount and I guess can be direct mounted to an RMSc cut. The rail mount is sufficient for my needs. The sight does shut down after three minutes or so of inactivity and quickly comes back on when moved. My two concerns with this optic are 1) that you have to unmount it to swap the battery which likely requires a re-zeroing and 2) that the battery is not contained, i.e. it just "rides" on top of the mountThe second concerns makes be wonder if there isn't a chance that it could get knocked out of place

Excellent build quality and high grade optics. Comes very nicely packaged. Includes optic, adjustment Allen wrenches, soft cloth, mounting screws and instructions. No battery included...hummm. Anyway, I mounted it on a Picatinny rail. It will also mount directly to any micro-optics fitting. Optic is very clear and ridicule is very strong with about 6 different ridicule styles and 8 levels of brightness. Adjustment screws to center height and windage. Seems to hold center well. Made of black aluminum that looks very OEM. I am pleased with the optic, especially for the price, but I sure wish it had come with the CR2032 battery required. Maybe mine was left out inadvertently. I still think it rates 5 stars given the value proposition. I recommend

Proprietary mount, make sure you can use it. Must say Vector Optics Frenzy, or it simply will not fit.Mine came opened, likely a store return.

I'm not a huge fan of the design of this red dot, the entire unit dismounts to change the battery and the battery housing has a gasket around the rim that simply presses onto the flat mounting plate, there is no sealed retainer cap. The unit is held down by two screws at the rear of the sight that seem made of soft steel. The machining and build quality does feel solid though and the unit does appear to fit flush to the mount. I put some non conductive silicon grease on the plate to make sure it's actually waterproof. Water always finds a way if there is one. The controls arent great, they seem to go in a very steep gradient. The instructions are poorly translated, but also states that it takes a 2032 but one paragraph later, it says it's a different battery. Sight picture and the dot, when you can get it set where you want, are ok. I would usually put this on something like a 10/22 for fun, but this is a $40 value special for airsoft at best.

This sight has impressive performance and affordability. Competing with higher-end brands, this optic delivers clear glass, a crisp reticle, and an intuitive design. It offers reliability, ease of use, and excellent clarity. A highlight is its lightweight yet durable construction, easy mounting, and consistent performance. For those in search of an affordable yet high-performing rmr sight, the wolf is highly recommended by me.
