These are just what I needed! My forearms have been sore from carpal tunnel. These sit so comfortably on my desk. My arm sits on this instead of my desk. I shared one with my coworker and he likes it too. I 100%recommend these.,

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed my elbows becoming dry, rough, and sore, especially while working at my desk. I’ve tried various elbow braces, but they were all uncomfortable. These elbow rests have been a game-changer—not only do they relieve my pain, but they’re also thick, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I just received them, and so far, the quality feels great and very sturdy!

I work sometimes with my elbows bent, resting upright, elbow point on a hard surface.. This unconscious position has been pushing my upper arm and shoulder out of alignment. These pads help alleviate the hard surface push and keep my arm/shoulder is much more normal position. I gave 4 stars because they are designed to stick to a surface and will slide if you don't stick them down. I move mine to the dining room table for use sometimes.

One for home one for the office. If you are a desk jockey these can help stave off the eventual finger numbing and tingling that is sure to come when resting your wrists on the edge of your desk. Wish I would bought them sooner. They are gel, not foam. And because of it, no threat of damage over time. They are just the right size and thickness. You can’t lay leave the plastic wrap on the bottoms if you’re mobile or peel it off and semi-permanently adhere them to a desk for if you need Slip resistance. Great value and functionality.

i thought it was a bit expensive for the elbow pads at about 10 bucks each, but when you get them you realize you get what you pay for on these. they have a super soft fabric, and the foam does not feel cheap. im not sure what they use but it feels like a gel foam which is the best. they stay in place on my chair until i want them to move. i honestly want to buy a bunch and just line every part of my arm up with these. my main use for them wasnt even comfort, but actually to help my arm pivot on my elbow when using my mouse (embody arm pads are a bit tacky). this not only fixes that but adds comfort. super happy they are not stickers too so i can adjust as needed. when/if these wear down over use, ill be back here and they better still be in stock!!!

I Love these things! Super Lifesaver. I have two mediums on my desk and two smalls on my chair arms (with which I used 3m clear adhesive). I didn't take the clear plastic off for the ones on my desk so I could slide them around the desk to pad my forearms, no matter what position i was typing in. Even if i am not typing, i use the medium to rest my elbows on when i lead forward during any type of fundtion where my elbows need to rest.What a fantastically designed product. They are sized well for different uses and most importantly well made.So well worth the money for anyone that works remotely and spends a lot of time typing on the computer.GREAT JOB TEAM
