My daughter loves these. She is very very picky and sensitive so they definitely must be comfortable. She needed something with ankle support as well since she rolls her ankles on hikes a lot and these do the trick. I was hesitant to go with a brand that wasn't main stream, but they are great so far. She chose them over a pair of Columbias.

Needed a waterproof hiker for my kids. All 4 kids have a pair. They fit great and have great support.

We’re on our second pair of these. Perfect for hiking with my son — I don’t need to worry about muck or scrambling over rocks.They are heavy, according to my son, and after a five mile hike he’s ready to take them off. But I’m happy knowing he’s in sturdy boots and he likes that he can walk through puddles.I’ll be buying a third pair when he grows out of these.

These are comfortable boots with great grip and solid waterproofing. But we would not buy them again.The sole on one squeaked comically from first wear, which was not 100% great on quiet forest walls.My main problem with these was that the lacing eyelets are quite raised and they caught on the other boot: ripping and catching the side of the other boot and nearly tripping my daughter as she walked (see photo). She had to fold her socks down over the top of the boot to prevent this.The boots quickly looked scruffy and worn, so I really don’t recommend these for proper hiking: they’re just not robust.
