Worked great for our 20 ft snowman with Oklahoma winds. Held it tight and secure during the holiday season

Very easy to install, but one anchor broke when installing with only the torque of a basic cordless driver. You will need soft ground to install. Soaking the ground with water prior to installation can help in some cases.

I bought this set of stakes as well as another set (triangle-top stakes with the long straps). These won me over. I used these to anchor down my kid's 10ft trampoline.Pros:1. These are easy to use because of the drill bit attachment and the hand tool. Using the drill bit, it takes 3-5 seconds to put the stake all the way down. With the hand tool, maybe 15-30 seconds depending on the hardness of the ground.2. The straps are always attached to the stakes. Because of the length of the straps, I was able to wrap around the trampoline leg twice. This created a very low profile. Once the stake is all the way down, there is no way trip over the stake or strap. This was the deciding factor for me over the other stakes I bought. I didn't want myself, the kids, an animal, or flying debris to accidentally hit, loosen, or trip over the straps. With that other design, once the strap is loose, it's no longer secure.Cons:1. The spiral portion that goes is the ground is pretty narrow (compared to the other one I had). It would be SO much better if it was wider so it could hold on to more ground.2. The stake has that hex-shaped nut on top so you have to use the drill bit or the hand tool. Maybe with excessive use it may wear down to where you can't the bit or hand tool? It's a possibility but I don't see it happening in my case since the trampoline is not going to be moved around that much.Overall, I'm happy with this choice to stake down my trampoline. I would definitely recommend it for that use.

In a strong wind, your kids' favorite outdoor toy becomes a giant kite. For years, I had ratchet straps tied to concrete blocks. It worked, but it was unsightly, and difficult to undo when I wanted to move the unit. This method is far superior. If you have an impact driver, you can have it all installed in a few minutes. We've had a couple of strong storms lately, and it's held just fine.

Our trampoline blew over our fence last summer, just got a new one so I ordered these. It took me about 2 minutes to install them. Using my impact driver and the included bit was awesome. I’ve tried installing other anchors by hand and couldn’t get them all the way in our rocky soil. Seems like they will hold strong in a storm and I won’t have to worry anymore

Definately suggest a impact driver or drill.

We had a bad storm roll through that ripped our trampoline across the yard, tore out a fence panel, and almost destroyed the neighbors car. That next day I went straight to Amazon and ordered these stakes. They are super easy to install and come with all the necessary hardware to do so. I like that they are installed using a drill which makes it much easier to get into hard dirt/clay than the ones installed by hand. These stakes have kept our new trampoline in place through several storms since and gives us peace of mind every time another one is about to roll through.
