El producto nos gustó, buenos acabados, el metal bien bañado en pintura, la madera bien, instrucciones claras, fácil de armar si cuentas con herramienta necesaria y van muy con nuestro estilo. TODO IBA BIEN....hasta que el servicio de mensajería entregó nuestro producto en otra dirección, antes de la fecha programada y para colmo no nos contactaron al hacer la entrega, el paquete estuvo perdido casi 10 días, afortunadamente se recuperó en buenas condiciones, aunque tuvimos que hacer papeleo, reportes, etc. Eso si, tanto el vendedor como el servicio de paquetería, trataron de resolver el percance, sin embargo, nos dejó un mal sabor de boca.

Sin duda, este par de sillas, rebasaron mis expectativas. Fácil de armar y se ven muy fuertes. Lucen bien y son cómodas. Llevo un poco más de 2 semanas usándolas y estoy por comprar otras 2 más.

Los tornillos son de metal blando por lo que se tiene que tener cuidado de utilizar las herramientas correctas a la hora del armado.Se ven resistentes, se sienten robustas, el asiento es amplio y da la sensación de comodidad. Voy a comprar un par más.

There was no allen wrench included with the bag of hardware. Usually everything comes for assembly so that was frustrating. The hex size is not your typical size so the standard wrench I had at home was too big. Having to get one on my own was a bummer so for that reason I can’t give the product 5 stars. But they are pretty sturdy and look really nice at my countertop bar - and my cat Peach approves so there’s that hahaha

I'm writing this review for table and 2 chairs because I have the same thing to say about both. I HATE building furniture. And you're going to have to build this.That said, the packaging was fantastic. There's some styrofoam, but not the kind that explodes on touch. Nice and easy to unpack neatly. The parts are all labeled clearly with stickers or ink on their plastic pouch.Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Assembly was super simple as a result of all of that. I took my time and had table + chairs assembled in about an hour.The net result is a beautiful bistro height table and 2 chairs serving up my chess set in my office.100% would buy again for the same use case.
