Fit's perfect, yes, it was easy to install. But you need to download the video to understand how to install it. And you have to have certain kinds of wrenches to take all the screws out.

This roller is inexpensive a perfect fit but it does not come with a belt so if you also need a belt find another option. There's another option I almost bought. Once you remove the old roller measure it. I almost bought the wrong size. A quarter inch difference . Anyway it's perfect for my vacuum.

Taking out the old brush was easy and putting this one is went smoothly but putting the machine back together was challenging. One par fell apart with no way to hold it while replacing the screws. Mine is now a little warped and I have a screw left over. It still works. When it breaks again I’ll have to replace the machine.

I purchased this brush roll replacement matching up the model number to the vacuum with this part.Not knowing any better I get the part and put the project aside until I had time to address it. I come to learn that there’s no way to replace the shark vacuum brush roll on this model…I don’t know if all shark vacuums are like this.. or just the model I have. Now time has lapsed and the part is not returnable and unusable.So I’m left with wasting money and and something that will never be used.I feel this supplier is misleading and inaccurate.

Maintaining my Shark vacuum is important to me. I needed a new roller after many years so I found the one I needed on Amazon for an excellent price. The roller spins so much better and pick up it great. I love the little cleaning hook to remove hair etc. Great item!
