I bought this as I need a long offset 21mm & it fits that application. Went to use the 18mm side ( yes it's stamped 18mm) & it's actually about 20 mm from what I can tell. Fortunately my 18mm socket worked out

This wrench is defective, and exhibits very poor quality machining.This wrench should have been screened by quality control at the factory.This wrench is not usable, and is of such horrible quality that it should not have been offered for sale.
