I used these acrylic rods for homebrew light pipes for some electronics, thus making the indicator lights more visible. As it happens, a 5/64" drill is just right for making a very slight (0.016mm) interference fit to hold the rod into place. No comment on the straightness of the rods which isn't really necessary for my application.

2mm Acrylic Rods.These rods are far too flexible, they even arrive bend. If you need really solid rods, then these aren't for you. I wouldn't recommend them unfortunately.

The acrylic rods I received are warped due to poor packaging, and they are not a full 8 inches long. One piece is only 7.5 inches. If you need straight acrylic rods, or a length of 8 inches, these are not a good choice.

I had used acrylic rods before hat were much sturdier.. these were too flexible for the jobPackaging and delivery was perfect

Rods were as expected length and diameter wise. Sturdy and strong. I used them for my projects. Just ordered another set. The only grudge is that its on the more expensive side.
