Product Description

Installed in The Spring Chuck of The Spindle:
When in use, the drill bit is installed in the spring chuck of the spindle. The clamping length of the twist drill on the spring chuck is 4-5 times the diameter of the drill shank to be clamped firmly.
Check The Concentricity of The Spindle and The Collet and The Clamping Force of The Collet:
1.Poor concentricity will cause small-diameter drills to break and inaccurate hole diameters.
2.Poor clamping force will cause the actual speed to be mismatched with the set speed, and slip between the chuck and the twist drill.
Check The Spindle Presser Foot:
The contact surface of the presser foot should be horizontal and vertical to the spindle without shaking to prevent broken drills and offset holes in the drilling.

Twist drills can be clamped on Manual, Electric Drills, Drill Presses, and Lathes.
Suitable for Wood, Malleable Iron, Aluminum, Plastic etc.

Drilling holes must be kept clean, and coolant can be used for lubrication and cooling when drilling metal.
