Working on a project and needed a rotary switch. This works well, I have no soldering issues but it did not come with the nut. And it seems I can’t contact them about it.

The insulator is plastic, so you can't use a blow touch when soldering. I had no problems with the plastic melting using my soldering pencil set at my normal soldering temp. The indentations stops are solid and the price is reasonable.

Not sure how someone melted the plastic. I didn't have a problem and I don't go easy with the soldering iron. Seems solid and has nice detents. Using it as a 5 way for a humbucker I added to my telecaster. The overall size is a bit big, though not sure it was intended for guitars. Either way it fit well in a cavity I dug under the pickguard.

Cheap switch, plastic insulation melts when you heat tabs to proper heat to solder, foreign junk!
