I have an ideal meter and the plug does not fit. I should have been more careful.

One of my Tenma meter leads failed so I bought these. They work like new. Replace them in pairs if you want accurate comparison of two temperatures. They do not perfectly match my remaining old lead but it doesn’t matter as the match each other.

Worthless. Tiny wire probe at the end of the thermocouple is easily damaged. Programmed temperature and realized temperature as much as 50-degrees in error. Error so badly in error that controlled heat blanket burned and almost ignited product bring heated.

I got this to replace the worn out probe that came with the electronic thermometer that I used with my coffee roaster. It seemed awfully cheap but I gave it a shot. Good gamble. It works fine and is higher quality material than the original. Or at least it seems sturdier. Thank you, internets!

They work, but there are a few things I don't like, such as: the wires are really too stiff, the welded ball on both are not great in fact one is very poor, one of the wire's strain relief does work and the wire twists back and forth where the wire inters the connector (if I use it much I'll have to fix it to keep the wires from breaking). I bought them for just for backup, so I'll be keeping them, but I just wish they were better built!

I have a Fluke 87-V multimeter, and I wanted to get a couple of cheap type K temperature probes for general measuring. To check for accuracy, I set up an icewater bath in an insulated cup, using reverse osmosis filtered water. This water bath should have a temperature of 32.0F. The probe which came with the meter stabilized at 31.2F, while these cheap probes read 30.0F (probe 1) and 29.8F (probe 2). This is ok comparison, as the meter itself lists an accuracy of +/- 2.2C (about 4 degrees Fahrenheit). The construction quality appears ok. The picture on the amazon page shows a replaceable connector, but the sensors I received have a one piece molded plug
