These shafts are next level phenomenal!I used these on Maltby cavity back irons and tip trimmed as follows:5 = 1.5"6 = 2"7 = 2.5"8 = 3"9 = 3.5"PW = 4"I then used a swing weight calculator online & a home made fulcrum to estimate the swing weight for each club.I had to trim .5 to 1.5" off the butt end of each shaft to get a swing weight of D0.If you have no clue what any of the above means, you really need to understand it in order to build clubs that will perform properly.I believe the parallel tip is .370 for 5" from the tip; meaning that the shaft will not lose its "flex" until you hit that 5" mark.Overall, great shafts & great value.
