Really strong, clean slice. It can cut through a whole stack of typical-weight paper (or a small stack of cardstock) without drastically altering the outcome of the slices. The blade lasted for about four months of periodic use for event flyers before we had to install the replacement.EDIT: After about six months of use and installing another replacement blade, the cutter stopped slicing through paper - it would just fold the papers instead. Our mechanic disassembled and reassembled the cutter and still couldn't solve the issue. However, the seller was very gracious and sent us a replacement that worked perfectly.

I 've tried several cheaper cutters both wheel and guillotine. This one beats them all. Great line up grids to properly align before cutting. It both cuts cleanly and shaves edges just as cleanly. Wish I had started using this years ago. You get what you pay for!!
