Each bowl holds a regular package of microwave popcorn. Which is exactly why I bought them. They are now the popcorn bowls for my 3 grandsons who visit every weekend. They are lightweight but sturdy. I think they're dishwasher safe, but would take up too much room. Easier to just hand wash. A little pricey, but they are perfect for my needs. I put a paper towel between each when I stack them to keep them from sticking together from suction.

They lost their shape a little bit in the dishwasher but it actually makes them easier to store because otherwise they’re hard to separate. Great size and price.
