Fan came in as described. It is very quiet compared to our old fan. Fits perfectly and does the job! Also the cost was affordable compared to the other fans listed.

This is exactly what I needed for an easy swap installed in my bathroom. It isn't necessarily standard, so check to be sure it's what you need. Mine works well and is quiet so far!

At first, you may think the fan shaft is too long, but if you return it, you would be very sad. When you install, depending on the size of the vent housing, you may have to adjust the three metal side tabs (use pliers) to nearly a 90 degree horizontal position. In my case, until that modification was made, it was touching the top of the ventilation chamber and would not spin freely. After make the modification to the side tabs, it works great, is a huge improvement to the prior unit, and is very quiet. Great find!
