I was initially happy about the price and the fit. However, it's pretty flimsy and tore apart at the seams with 4 months. It was gently used, fitted properly, and only got removed from the splitter half a dozen times. Would not buy again.

Excellent cover for my 37 1/2 ton log splitter. Tie downs for both the front and back along with an extra belt to secure around the middle. Easily covers the engine and all components of the splitter. Fabric is thick and waterproof. If it's in a high Sun area it can be reversed with the shiny side out to keep the splitter cool. Good purchase for the price..

some many options available, I chose this as others mention this has better material over others. Honestly, the material is OK for most residential users. For a log splitter sitting outside, i was really hoping for more a commercial grade fabric...this is not it. From my past experiences I expect this to last maybe 4 to 5yrs....we'll see. it easily fit over entire splitter and trailer tongue. I did like the provided bungee strap and fabric loops to give a more snug fit at the splitter end. I added some plastic guards over sharper edges to protect cover from getting stressed and ripping during storage. For being described as Heavy Duty...this is not exactly true (minus 1 star!)

I bought this over 13 years ago, lasted that long, I abused it by splitting wood that was too big that wasn't meant for this splitter, but it did it. It was time for new one, bought same one, if this one lasts that long, I'm laughing all the way to the bank. It is made of iron and steel, its heavy, it will last. Be careful when you buy cheaper version, you pay what you get. It's worth spending 100 to 150 bucks more for this quality. Love it. Recommend it..Peace!!

Fits Champion 27ton splitter perfect. Says 83" but its bigger and fully covers tires and hitch.

This log splitter cover arrived on time. It fit great. It cover the entire log splitter. The material is good. We live out in the middle of nowhere. Mostly farm fields and windmills. We call it the flatlands but the reason Iβm saying all this is because the weather out here can be pretty crazy sometimes. We have windy days mostly. We have had the cover for maybe a month or so and itβs holding up well so far . But itβs definitely worth buying.

Pictured covering a 20 ton Huskee log splitter, it is made of light weight material, it is on the little side. I canβt get it to stay tight around the engine and thatβs the most important part to cover. It stretches tight across the plumbing of the cylinder which will lead to a hole pretty quick. Would not buy again. Definitely not as pictured in the description, way smaller.

Fits champion 27 ton log splitter , covering everything, also the tires. That's why I purchased it. One review said it would fit this splitter, that was my purchasing decision . Their own cover for this splitter only covers the top splitting part, I wanted an all covering cover. I am happy with it. How it hold on over time I cannot say. Just received it and put it on.

Very nice cover, but wish dimensions listed were accurate. Listed dimensions were smaller than actual size. I would have given it a 5 star rating and ordered it much sooner if the dimensions listed were accurate (I almost didn't order it at all).I have a Countyline 25T splitter that is 90.6"L x 47.6"W x 39.4"H. I looked extensively for a cover that would fit but all I could find were listed as fitting a maximum length of 82 or 83". I finally decided to order this cover in the 40 to 45 Ton size as it was the biggest cover available but still was listed to only fit splitters with max dimensions of 83"L X 45"W X 39"H. I was going to just cover my splitter with a tarp and bungy cords, but finally decided to order this cover as I figured I would at least be able to cover the cylinder and engine with it and ordered it anyways. I was pleasantly surprised when the cover that I got was much bigger and more than covers all of my splitter, even with the optional log catcher on it. It's longer than my splitter including hitch and fits over both tires to the ground.

Purchased and put to use about 9 months ago. Fits out 27-ton splitter nicely. Heavy winds and hail in our area are punishing on tarps and covers generally, but at this point we have no punctures and no rips - it's pretty much the same as when we bought it.The only downside we've experienced is the need for more tie-down points to keep it on the splitter in heavy winds. However, we've figured out how to secure it reliably using bungee cords. Expect a little experimentation to make it work for your situation.Overall great value.
