These seem nicely made, and there aren't many choices for adding a second set of levers to drop bars. I did not use these because the cable jacket can't be flush against the bar for this to work freely. One would have to shim the brake jacket up 1/4 inch on both sides of the brake and run it along the front of the bar. This is a nogo for me. I might make my own using these grippers, and a custom mounting. Time will tell.

Although a bit challenging to install, once installed these work great - had to DYI as the bike shop did not offer a solution

What's looking to add extra piece of mind to an oldie but goodie and this levers fit the bill. For the price you can't go wrong. And they perform great. Really happy so far.

Very happy with these auxiliary brake levers. I repaired a road cycle, with the racing handlebars and brake levers on the bottom of the handle bars. After driving a mountain bike or hybrid for the last 30 years , I was not comfortable using the main brake levers, these new levers work great and you can adjust them to your liking, just be careful that your handle bars are not bigger than 23.5 mm diameter , mine were 24 mm and had to do a bit of fandangling to secure the levers to my bars

One of the swivel clamps would not close more than 24 mm because the hole is off-centre and the bolt is rubs on one side of clamp housing. I'm not using it and it's being returned.

The original levers on this Schwinn Sprint had both horizontal and vertical brake levers. I most ride sitting up so when replacing the original levers, I also wanted pass thru levers.These were exactly what I was looking for. They fit great and look good.

I’ve installed the 22mm ones on my Profile Design aero bars to have access to the brakes in line with the main brake levers. So far, I’m happy with the purchase. That was an inexpensive way to add more safety to my rides.

I purchased these to add a rear brake on a converted single speed bicycle. These appear to be well made and do not have any play in the hinge (for on axis loads) or defects in the paint. Great value for a very nice product!

What a great idea,These were a great solution for my commuter as I spend most of my time riding with my hands on the flats. I found it annoying to reach for the drop breaks when cruising upright, this is nice because it gives me access to my brakes in any position.Very easy install, works fantastically. I only installed one for the back break as I’m usually riding pretty slow when I’m upright anyways.

I bought these thinking that they were standard brake levers I could put cables in properly, however, they are not and are instead some kind of "in-line" brake for road bikes or something that I've never seen before.So if you just want some cheap brake levers that you can put on your mountain bike or what have you, you must look elsewhere.I'm sure they work okay for what they're made for, but it would be nice if the sellers made it a bit more clear that these are not standard brake levers.

The levers are of decent quality for the price. Unfortunately they don’t fit on my drop bars which i find strange since i have the bars on a 1970’s Suntour neck. I grinded the inside of the clamping part of the lever for more cleareance but that didnt work. It may work with longer screws which will be my next attempt. Measure the diameter of your bars before ordering.
