I've seen this item previously and wish I had one while pulling Cat 6 cables. This a definite timesaver and when I tested it pulling wire in my garage I found I didn't need someone assisting the feed of the wire coming out of the box. This would be great with spooled wire for sure. Great item.

Very solid, heavyweight, rollers were very smooth. Wire doesn’t bind up at all.

I tried this for pulling wire through 4 square boxes by myself. It worked well. The only thing is the rollers are kind of sticky, but it works and makes pulling wire solo a ton easier

Very well built, heavy duty, nice for low volt work. I don't know that you can use these on electrical pulls since the boxes aren't open on the back, but you could install a low volt bracket to use this I guess. I got this one and another to use with Low Volt pulls but have not had any yet. So they will live in the toolbox until that day comes finally. Hopefully wiring the house up this year.

This product is a very good concept. Mount this plate on the feeding end, you can pull wires from the other end without worrying about wire stuck at the entry point. Unfortunately the execution of the design is somewhat flawed. When I took the tool out of the plastic packaging, one of the rollers fall off. I was able to put the axis pin back to reinstall the roller, but I realize that the rollers are all hold by round pins with no apparent fastening mechanisms. Maybe the roller rod holes are shaped to hold the pin tight, but it's unreliable as it happened with mine out of package. Even if they are together now, the roller rods may fall in the future. It would be bad if it happens during an operation.

Every time I pull wire even with help feeding it into the box through the conduit, the sheathing gets scratched up. With this guild and the rollers on it, I do not have to worry any more about if the wire will short out later on. This roller also makes it easier to pull wire by yourself. I am ordering several more of these for my next big project. If you only have one project where you need to pull wire, you still need one of these rollers.

This wire pull tool makes any solo wire pull task easier. You can mount it to a wall or just mount it directly to a 2x4 or a rafter. This minimizes the chance of damaging wires while pulling them over and around corners.

A wire guide is a simple tool that makes life easier for those of us that frequently work alone. I only wish I'd had one years ago when I was more actively involved in this type of work. So let’s take a quick look at what your gettingThis wire guide is made entirely of a polished metal, you won’t find any plastic on it. I held the wire guide up to various outlet and switch boxes that would commonly be found in a residential setting, and found they all aligned with one or more of the precut holes on the wire guide. The rollers themselves are of a non ball bearing design, and rotated freely. The tolerances between any two rollers set at 90° is tight enough to prevent wire from getting caught between them. The plate the rollers are mounted on had no flex to it and was between 1.5 and 2 mm thick. The edges were free of sharp edges and burrs.I’ve actually been using mine as a fidget/spinner to pass the winter months away. Albeit I might only occasionally use this tool, it’s nice knowing it’s there should I need it.
