The plastic piston stop arrived in new condition. It easily screwed into the spark plug hole on my Stihl 450 backpack blower. However, when I attempted to remove the hex nut from the main shaft, the plastic threads were stripped on the piston stop, rendering it useless. I cannot recommend this product for small engine repairs.

Installed the product and when the piston put pressure on it, it just bent and didn’t hold the piston.

First use on my saw and it snaped at the base of the threads when trying to remove the clutch. Added 20 min to the repair as I had to fish the broken piece out of the piston. Ended up using the rope method seen on many videos and had no issues doing that way.
