Looks cheaply made. But it does work. The longevity is what is going to count. Had to make minor adjustments to the factory brackets. Other than that, it fit well.

This item is made from steel. Steel is 4 times less heat conductivity than aluminum. Steel, for example, with an approximate thermal conductivity of 50.2 W/m K transfers heat more slowly than aluminum (~205 W/m K)So what's happening: Compressor compresses vapor and adds heat in process. Then heated vapor goes to condenser flows from top to bottom and becomes liquid starting from approximately in middle of condenser. By changing aggregate state from vapor to liquid its reduces pressure ( in OEM aluminum condenser ) In steel condenser its not going to liquid state but to denser vapor.Conclusion:#1) very high pleasure on high side ( damages compressor ) #2) high pleasure vapor ( not liquid ) entering orifice tube ( not cooling enough at evaporator ) ac blows not cold. #3) week ac at IdeleCondenser must and only be made out of aluminum ( not steel )

The condenser was installed on a 2007 Ford F-350 6.0 it now been over 6 months and it so far works like an OEM condenser. Why pay more for something that works just like the original.

It was as I expected, easy to install, extremely great price, just didn't expect it to be bent. Maybe orders should be inspected before shipment. This didn't happen during shipment to me, the box was damaged in that way, I'm sending it back it it's original box so you can see for yourself. Thanks for the quick response in the return process! I will continue buying your products!

99% direct drop in replacement for my 04 6.0 Ford Excursion. The only thing that was not the same was the mounting holes for the shroud material to direct the airflow. I left this off as it’s not really that big of a deal for me.
