The plastic top broke off because it’s not solid plastic. Will probably work for spinning it on cob webs but nothing that uses the elbows.

One of the twist and lock segments stopped being able to lock after just a few uses - so it's usable as a shorter pole until the other segment stops locking.

This item is absolutely useless, firstly the “frequently purchased together” attachment isn’t for this pole and secondly the locking system doesn’t work at all. No matter how much I turn the poles and in either direction they do not lock in the extended position. An absolute waste of money.

I am not fully satisfied by the product quality. I except a lot more from a brand like Unger. There is also a deep cut on the grip of the handle. Surprised why they supplied that.And most important it does not fit with the squzee which I buy feom unger itself. Don't no what to do
