It’s bright for the money. If you’re looking for REALLY REALLY bright, go buy yourself a $300 unit bc this is not the one. If you’re looking for one that is bright enough to bring fish and not break the bank, this is the one for you. I would pair it up though which is what I do. Works!

I live on Lake Murray, SC and I dangled this light off the end of my dock. I used a "IMAYCC 110V AC to 12V DC Converter Power Supply" and a remote control dusk-on 110v power timer, both bought on Amazon, to have this run on my 110v AC dock power and come on at dark for 6-hours. I put the AC converter inside a 5-gallon bucket with a lid to make it weatherproof. It's a safe and effective setup. This lights up the water very nicely and attracts a lot of bait fish, which then brings in the big boys.

This light is very bright. I installed in in a 20 inch globe, hung it from a 200 year old oak tree and connected it to my low voltage landscape light network. Now I have blue moonlight over my entir back yard, upper balcony and downstairs patio. Almost too bright but I'm getting use to it. I can see it as I cross the bridge leading into my neighborhood. Awesome. Fish would see it too.
