Had the setup for 2 months not a ton of bass but good speaker quality it is tolerable or so I thought I referred my parents to get one of these setups and I set it all up for them and the bass is wayyyy better than mine. And now I’m out of the return stage go figure.

This is a good surround sound system it's not that expensive and really sounds good and easy to connect it comes with everything you need to hook it up

I was on a budget and looking to upgrade my small home TV set up. The size would be great in medium sized rooms as well- the sound is huge. Bluetooth I haven’t tried, but the ARC plug into my TV’s HDMI is solid and couldn’t be easier to connect. The clarity of sound is awesome! Do you remember when you went from your first crap headphones to your first premium headphones? It’s like that. The fact that it includes the subwoofer is awesome too. It’s not top of the line, but it’s a huge enhancement and an awesome bundle deal. I’d recommend this for sure if you’re just looking for a great place to start with a home theatre or even give someone an extremely amazing gift.

After hours of troubleshooting, I have come to the conclusion that this is a good old fashioned case of misleading marketing. It appears that "Virtual Surround" means little more than enhanced stereo. I was under the impression that the virtual part was referring to the soundbar acting as 3 speakers, but in reality there is no differentiation between front and rear with this setup. There is only left/right. If that's what you're looking for, go right ahead. For the price this setup sounds great in a small room. However I would not recommend Bluetooth connection as it is very spotty on all of my devices. Stick with wired- optical, hdmi, or aux. Overall incredibly disappointed that I do not have true front/rear surround with this setup.

Easily a 4 out of 5 system for it's price range. I picked it up on a black Friday sale for $100 to use with my PS5. Sounds is great for the price. I did have to tweak it a little bit. The system itself feels like a quality product and not cheap. Speakers sound great from the soundbar. My only wish is that the surround speakers could get louder. I have them turned up all the way but wish they were louder. The soundbar drowns it out. Set up was super easy and cords are long enough for a medium sized bedroom/game room. If you are planning on using it for console gaming you will need to purchase an audio splitter device if your monitor (like mine) or tv does not have an optical out.EDIT: I downloaded the app and it is great for fine tuning the sound from the presets already available. I was able to tweak the frequencies to what I liked. Ultimea customer service had reached out to me with any concerns I had and I like the system so much I returned it and upgraded to the 7.1 which I am super happy with. A quality product for a fair price.
