Connecticut Electric manufactures new high quality replacement circuit breakers for Zinsco load centers that accept Zinsco R style circuit breakers. Circuit breakers should only be replaced with new tested and Safety Agency Listed circuit breakers, never used or refurbished ones.

This 120-Volt Zinsco 30-Amp, twin pole replacement circuit breaker is typically used in a Zinsco load center. This breaker provides two circuits in the space of one. Typical applications, up to 1,800 watts, include fixed lighting circuits, branch circuits, wall receptacles, electric motors (1/4 hp to 1/2 hp), attic fans and garbage disposals. These are only suggested applications and cannot assure compliance with all local codes. Please check local electrical codes before starting any electrical project.

As the owner of a house with a Zinsco breaker box, I find that replacing blown breakers is problematic. Nobody has them anymore. These work as intended and are probably built better than the originals and are much cheaper than the the ones I find at Home Depot.

Got this for my RV outlet that I just installed. I had bought the same one from HD and spent almost $100 and this was way less for the same item. I will not make that same mistake again. It works great with zero issues.

Worked well. I am nowhere near an electrician, but with some videos, replacement went well, and item works perfectly.

As stated, the breaker has green throws, and no gang pin. I will pin it, and it should work just fine.

I used it to replace a breaker with lower amperage. This was an exact fit. No problems whatsoever.

I have an older house with a breaker box that requires an old school breaker, which are not made anymore, i only found used breakers of the same model number. This breaker is a nice upgrade and we are back in business.

This 30 amp double pole circuit breaker fit my brother in law's old Zinsco panel like it's supposed to. The breaker it replaced was for the hot water heater. It had been arcing to one of the bus bars and the heat the arcing generated affected the spring tension of one of the clips. There was minimal damage to the bus bar but I located this new breaker to an unaffected section of the bus bars and it works fine. I like the fact that this breaker has screws for the load wires instead of the spring clips like the old breaker had. My in laws are happy to have hot showers again.
