The item description says its universal and will fit on my Jeep Cherokee but the fitting is too small for it. I called their recommended support line but they couldn't help?

Showing it fits my jeep, but it does not fit. There were no pictures inside the socket. My jeep has a square socket like this but 3 prongs with a 4th empty slot. This has two prongs. So even if I got it in Iād still be needing to splice and purchase a new harness to plug in
