This was a fine replacement for the stock piece. I'd accidentally bent the metal contacts on the stock piece while replacing another bulb. I added a smidge of dielectric grease when I installed them in this one to avoid the same problem. this part worked on my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Laramie as expected.
