The part is a little tricky to get in but that's an issue with the car. Fits nice and snug, not going anywhere. This was my very first part install, too, so it's a fairly easy job as well.

Great AC condenser for the price. It bolted right up nicely on my 2006 Toyota Corolla. Just 2 bolts and it was on.

So far it has been great. Was not difficult to replace. There is a little rattle, but at least it cools my cabin which is all I wanted.

Purchased TYC 3299 for a 2007 Toyota Corolla LE.A rock hit my original condenser on the highway and punctured it. I heard a hissing sound when I got home. I got this replacement because a replacement one from the dealer costs over $300.It is a fairly easy install. You do not have to take off the bumper to install but makes it a lot easier. The condenser comes with that bag that absorbs water in the system. It's already installed on the side. This condenser is made in Taiwan and came with the quality check sticker on it saying it was leak tested with helium. After the install I took it to an auto shop because I don't have the machine to vac and refill. You need to vacuum out the air because this will test for leaks, suck everything out, and remove water from the system. Water boils in a vacuum so water will be removed. The machine will then put in freon with oil and maybe colored dye so future leaks can be easily spotted. The 07 corolla takes 1.8 pounds of freon. The a/c service was $50 but varies in different areas.Overall I spent less than $150 compared to $400-$800 to have it done at a dealership or auto shop.
