I got what was advertised, although I wish I had known ahead of time that neither reflector was designed to mount horizontally on a single hole rear bicycle rack. One mounts vertically for a single hole rack, and the other mounts horizontally on a double hole mount.

I sometimes have items on my bike rack, which blocks the view of my old reflector. This reflector has a screw and bolt, so it attaches easily to most rear bike racks.It is made of acceptable plastic with a metal screw, bolt, washer and mini-wrench.

It comes with a single bolt to attach it with, which is located top, center, on the rear of the deflector.So as long as you have a bolt hole for it to go through, it will work.It includes the nut to fasten it to your bike as well as includes a wrench for the nut to secure it well, so it stays on.It's rare to get the tool you need when buying something these days.It's not a fancy wrench, but it's exactly what you need to attach a small deflector with.
