Asked for help getting the correct handle for their mop ans was basically told to stuff it in my ear and not even a please or thank you. Dont buy it. I still have the original stickers and i have the right mop but this looks right but who knows how to use it?? No instructions and cust service could not be worse. I wasnt rude or anything. I just asked for help putting it on or letting me know how to get the right one and i got no help and i sent a photo. Nothing. They just said i was probable wrong and look at their website

I Bought one, had to send it back to replace because it did not work properly and the 2nd one did not work either. Had to Return both.Now, I can't find the whole set. I think I will have to switch brand.

I purchased the twist and shout mop 6 years ago and it’s the only mop I use. I have had to replace the pole twice but it’s worth it. I use the mop dry to dust woodwork and wet for my hard surfaces. I throw it in the wash , let it sit dry and reuse. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love these mops, but the handles just DO NOT last. I'm on handle number three since I started using these. It's not like I use them a lot, they are only used for cleaning small Doggie accidents when they happen. They are not even used to mop the house , ( ok I did mop my kitchen, living room and dining room maybe twice - normally use a diff. mop).Bad as it is I'll probably order a fourth one. Just don't expect a lot of use before they stop working properly.

I must have an older mop head. The first of these handles which I tried, acted like my original (which I had for several years and eventually wore the spin mechanism out) I returned the handle and lo and behold, the second one does the same rattle and miss a tooth. Now what to do with a defective product ?

It's was wonderful to just buy the replacement pieces for my mop and not have to buy the entire system again. It's simple to fix & my mop is like new.
