This is really a fabric covered frame. There is no spring in the box spring. This is simply a metal bed frame.

While I appreciate the metal framing and load bearing capacity, I do not appreciate the difference in size compared to my mattress. My mattress is a queen size, so I ordered a queen size frame, but what was sent to me feels like it belongs on a king! To make things worse, I checked the full size dimensions to make sure I wasn't in error and it turns out that the full size frame would be too smaller for my queen. This frame is too big for my mattress and room. I will be returning to my old box spring.

The heavy-duty metal construction feels sturdy and it provides excellent support for our mattress. The fabric cover is nice, giving it a clean, finished look.The reason for my 4 vs 5 Star review is because the 5-inch profile is quite a bit lower than expected. While it's perfectly functional, if you want extra height from your bed setup, you might want to consider a higher profile box spring. Otherwise, for durability and ease of setup, this box spring ticks the boxes.
