The Tunze scraper is far better at cleaning aquarium glass than the other floating magnetic cleaners. Blades are easy to change out.

These blades work really well but I had to spend $12 more dollars because my current magnetic glass cleaning blades didn’t have the plastic retainer piece to lock the metal blades on.

My care magnetic scraper didn't come with any blades so I ordered this pack, glad I did. It scrapes off anything from my aquarium glass, especially coralline algae that the plastic scraper couldn't touch.For easy cleaning, pick up a pack of these blades, just remember to be careful around your tank corners so you don't cut into the sealant.

I bought the tunze glass cleaner and used it for 3 months before realizing it needed blades. That alone tells you how good the cleaner is. Well after adding a blade there was really wasn't much difference in how clean the glass got (As I mentioned without the blade worked great) however now that I've added a blade it takes 3 times as long for the algae to get to the point where I need to clean it again. It's also worth mentioning that since the blades are double sided it's really like getting 6 blades instead of 3.

Perfect replacement for my Care magnet. Also worth noting that these are dual sided, so once one side goes dull you can flip it around and get more life.
