Turnab to me is a love hate relationship. Their bags don’t seem to collapse like the other brands, and when I see delivery guys with collapsed bags it makes me feel sick. I have broken two zippers but I know how I broke them. The most recent one was broken because I took a 4 pack of non alcoholic craft beer for a 1.2 km delivery trip in the back of the bag. That is the mistake. If you have something heavy but not snug it will slide around and break the bag. I do a lot of grocery deliveries and you need to carry a separate bag for a lot of stuff. Don’t just have cans or anything heavy shifting around in there. During Christmas season I took a KFC order with 2 25 piece buckets, and also one of the 25 piece buckets was a combo deal that came with a lot of other stuff. On top of that I had to pick up an order from a coffee shop for a wrap. While carrying this heavy order I got off my bike and left my pedal assist on, and the bike took off and somehow I landed on my face. The bag held up perfectly fine with this. The KFC was soggy, but I think so much heat with no space to breathe, and all the greasy food causes the paper bags to get that way.But do not carry small heavy items in a Turnab bag. I got this one because it opens at the top, and I may avoid using the zipper, or if it breaks just take a glue gun to it or something, then just open from top.

I decided to finally try to doordash using my ebike and I was scouring the web for an affordable yet durable delivery backpack. I only doordash (for now) as a Saturday hustle, but once the weather warms up a bit again, I think I will do it full time because I'm currently unemployed due to recent layoffs. Anyway, this lives up to my expectation and I was able to load multiple orders plus a couple of drinks as well. Only think I wished is I hope it came with a drink holder because I've had my fair share of minor spilled drinks with this bag. But overall, I'm impressed and I was able to 'break even' with the cost this bag after just door dashing for a total of 4 hours (2 saturdays!)

I spent a day doing Uber Eats order with this bag and I was very pleased with how this bag hold up. One of my order was for a family of 8 and there was a tons of food and packaging, without this bag I couldn’t imagine anyone doing that order with a bike. One thing I would complain is that there is no any handle for the bag so whenever I pick up the bag from the ground is a little inconvenient.

I use this for my Uber Eats delivery job. It's a great size fits even small pizza boxes inside without slanting. Good quality although I used a glue at each of the zipper seems at the very top. I knew I would never have those zippers down opening the front way I only go into the bag through the top and I didn't want the zippers to Pull-A-Part or break. It fits in my rectangular milk crate on the back of my bike perfectly with a little room to spare. I covered it with red and orange duct tape in the back for safety. Five stars it's really working well 6 weeks going on!

Finally received the bag, was not 2 day shipping, my fault for overlooking that at checkout. I’m used to seeing 2 day shipping and getting whatever I ordered ship within 2 days. Came from China, to Toronto in 10 days. Just logistics error, not the products fault. Now on to first impressions, it’s a very well made bag, love the feel of the fabric used as a water resistant material. Time will tell. It’s easy to set up, will say that the 2 side inserts were a bit tight to fit in, I was being delicate at first, didn’t want to rip the lining, but eventually got them in. The velcro seems pretty damn strong, not cheap. The front 2 zippers seem to be strong ones. Will add a shoe string to both to add about 2-3 extra inches for easier access to the zippers if I’m wearing gloves. I’m pretty damn big, 6’6 290lbs, fits me well and seems comfortable at first wear. I will come back and do an update after a few weeks. Doing a day or 2 of deliveries should pay this bag off right away. A bit expensive, but wanted something that seemed different and well made. Again time will tell. Oh, lots of space inside, can definitely do double orders, not sure about pizza boxes yet. Also the dividers are easy to install or collapse if you need more space. Will invest on some sturdy cup holders for those smoothy and coffee orders.

I've purchased two different brands of food delivery bags and the quality difference is day and night. This is by far better quality and material compared to the other one. It is sturdy, not as flimsy. Sizing is perfect: big enough to carry oversized orders as well as two large pockets on the side can hold drinks. For under $100, this is the best choice in my opinion. However for this price, you can't demand perfection. After a couple of weeks, stitching came off and a part of the top had openings (no longer sealed due to stitching). After contacting the seller, I was offered a small credit for gesture which I've accepted it.Gorilla taping the broken stitching solved the issue.Overall great value for the price. I personally recommend it if you're doing food delivery for your job / side job.

UPDATE 9/12/21: I'm 32 deliveries in and I'm pretty happy with this bag. I did a few uber eats, but mainly doordash now, just for fun on my bike. Short of pizzas, it's fit all the orders I've needed it to. Having access to the top without having to unzip the front is nice. The velcro shelves (3 strips per side) seems to hold a fair amount of weight just fine without the worry of what's underneath being crushed. Glad I bought this and didn't try to make my own bag DIY style. I've gotten way more 'wow that's a nice bag' or some variation than I expected. Aside from being neccisary for my vehicle, restaurants and customers will probably give you more respect for using a nice bag.I just received the product and will eventually update with experience. These are just initial impressions. Im starting Uber Eats on my motorcycle. It seems rigid enough with the corrugated plastic sheets. Interior dimensions are about 1" less than listed. Listed is probably outer measurements. There are no feet on the bottom of the bag to help prevent wear. There is a small handle on the top of the bag but it is not centered. Ive added one of my own to kee things level inside when carrying (drinks). Ive also added some zipper extensions. For the price this should all be included. It does fold up nicely for storage.
